Can I pay by using credit card and ship to overseas?
Answer 1.
We have online payment method, please refer to check out sections, as well as oversea shipping with additional shipping fees and security charges via EMS from post office. However, we do not accept oversea return or exchange at this point.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Answer 2.
If the merchandise is available, once the payment is received in full including shipping charges, it should take about 2 weeks via the EMS system. If it is a customized item, It will take additional 14-20days.

Can I return or exchange to other items?
Answer 3.
Return and exchange is only available for customers in Taiwan, with all the guidelines are followed. No oversea return or exchange is accepted.
